Célia Hamon is a business Lawyer and has a Franco-British Business Legal Practitioner Postgraduate Degree (DU Magistère Juriste d’affaire franco-britannique) (Rennes, France), an LLM in International Business Law (Exeter, GB) and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property (Nantes, France).

In close relation with both sales and technical teams, she offers legal support to companies in the development of their activities, both in French and in English (drafts, negotiation, compliance …).

Célia assists companies of different sizes and sectors (technology, industry, innovation, entertainment, services, agri-food, aerospace …) particularly in the areas of sales contract law, intellectual property (IP/IT, protection and value-creation strategies), economic law (anti-competitive practices, mergers control filings and approvals) and consumer law (e-commerce).
