Sophie Bernadac has a French Degree in Corporate Legal Advice (Diplôme de Juriste-Conseil Entreprise – DGCE), and is a lawyer specialising in Corporate and Labour Law.

To offer support to directors and business owners, Sophie helps to reassure and give perspective to operations of transfer/buy-out, external growth, restructuring, and fundraising, by integrating in a transversal manner all the issues which can arise in such operations. Sophie participates in negotiations alongside directors and business owners.
